- Knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with basic taxation requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, or service industries.
- Experience with ERP-based billing and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing.
