- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics and AI team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise in Python or Java and a proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.
- In this role, you will leverage advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, and statistical techniques to extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets.
- You will collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design scalable data solutions, build predictive and prescriptive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks, along with exposure to parallel and distributed computing or high-performance computing environments, is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation,



and deploying analytical solutions into production while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Additionally, you will create compelling dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of SQL, cloud-based data platforms, and software development best practices will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor;;s or Master;;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies will be considered an added advantage.
