Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support & Sales Executives. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services to achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Promote products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.




- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and relationship building.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
