Role overview:

Strategic HR professional who can partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and performance while ensuring seamless HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead performance management, productivity tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct talent reviews and leverage HR analytics to support business decisions.
- Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exits.
- Advise managers and employees on people-related matters,



employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, C&B;, L&D;, and HR Operations to deliver effective HR support.
- Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

- 10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in performance management, talent management, employee relations, and HR analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-driven setting.
