Job Description
What a Senior Manager – Migration Practice, Asia Pacific does at Visa:
The Senior Manager – Migration Practice is a key member of Visa’s regional migration consulting capability. You will work closely with the Migration Practice Director and cross-functional Visa teams to design and deliver complex credit card migrations that are network-sound, customer-secure and compliant.
You will typically lead workstreams or small-to-medium engagements,



contribute to enhancing Visa’s migration playbooks and tools, and act as a trusted advisor to client project teams. You will translate technical and operational considerations into clear business implications and support C-level and functional stakeholders through critical migration decisions.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
What you will need:
Experience: Typically 8–10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in:
