The Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
The core mission is to validate that Salesforce configurations and custom developments meet business requirements, maintain data integrity, and remain completely defect free.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test plans (covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing) tailored specifically for the Salesforce platform.
Technical Validation: Analyze requirements and technical specifications to test custom Apex code, Lightning components, workflows, validation rules, and data migrations.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track system bugs using tools like ALM Octane, Zephyr, or Xray, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve them.
