We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Programme Management Intern to join our growing team and support the effective management and delivery of multiple projects.
About the Role
The Programme Management Intern will work closely with the Programme Management team to support project tracking, coordination, reporting, documentation, and process improvement across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for a fresher or recent college graduate who is interested in building a career in Programme Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to managing project operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, identifying risks and blockers,



and supporting programme-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities

1. Project Tracking & Coordination

Assist the Programme Manager in maintaining project trackers and ensuring all updates are accurate and timely.
Support weekly planning by tracking priorities, deliverables, task owners, and timelines.
Follow up with project teams regarding pending updates, tasks, deliverables, and action items.
Assist in tracking Plan vs. Actual, project milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Support coordination across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and other project stakeholders.
Track meeting action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Escalate delays, risks, or blockers to the Programme Manager when required.

2. Reporting & Programme Visibility

Collect and consolidate daily and weekly project updates from multiple teams.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly programme report
