Role: Application Lead / Workday Integration Specialist
We are looking for an experienced qualified with strong expertise in Workday integrations to lead the design, development, configuration, and delivery of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, build and configuration of applications
• Act as the primary technical point of contact
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Make technical decisions and provide solutions across teams
• Guide and manage team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions




• Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure application quality
• Align applications with business and technical requirements

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of application design principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder-management skills
