Role Description

The Brand Onboarding Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on supporting new brands as they join and engage with the Biggbell ecosystem.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with brand registration and account setup, gathering and organizing brand information, and ensuring brand profiles are complete, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines. The intern will coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows, respond to brand queries, and provide clear communication throughout the onboarding process. The role also involves tracking onboarding metrics, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance the brand experience. This position offers exposure to brand management, creator economy operations, and community-driven marketing.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support alignment between brand goals and platform capabilities.
