As a Technical Project Practioner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of telecom transformation and technology projects, from business case development and funding approval through planning, execution, deployment, and go-live. The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The TPM serves as the single point of accountability for project success, driving governance, financial management, risk mitigation,



and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across telecom domains, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure and transition to support.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria aligned to business outcomes.

Manage project shaping, planning, estimation, funding approvals, delivery execution, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

Drive project governance and facilitate steering committee reviews, status meetings, and decision-making forums.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.

Manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and overall commercial performance.

Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate to project requirements.
