Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, AI and Data Solutions on the Talent Experience & Engagement, Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will be responsible for…

Support the design and execution of analytical projects using behavioral science, statistical, and experimental design principles
Integrate, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to create data sets for analysis and reporting




Develop insights from statistical and machine learning models across workforce, employee lifecycle, and survey research topics
Conduct analytics and model development on Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Databricks and Apache Spark environments
Implement scalable and automated processes to improve model production, research workflows, and business decision support
