SENIOR U.S. IT RECRUITER / ACCOUNT MANAGER

find qualified IT candidates AND manage client accounts professionally. You will work with large System Integrators and IT companies doing volume hiring.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - TWO PARTS
PART 1: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION (Recruiting)
Source IT professionals from LinkedIn, Dice, job boards - find people looking for U.S. jobs
Call and talk with candidates - understand their skills, experience, career goals
Verify work authorization (U.S. Citizens, Green Card only - no visa sponsorship)
Build pipeline for your accounts - consistently 5-10+ candidates per month
Coordinate interviews, handle offers, close the hiring

PART 2: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (Client Relationships)
Establish direct relationships with clients (hiring managers, procurement)
