Role Description The Koordinator für Versandapotheken is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for coordinating daily operations of mail-order pharmacy services, including order intake, verification, and dispatch. The coordinator works closely with pharmacy staff, logistics partners, and customer service to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of medications. Duties include monitoring order status, resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The role also involves process improvement initiatives, reporting on key operational metrics, and supporting communication with stakeholders to maintain smooth, patient-focused service.
Qualifications
Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare logistics, or related coordination roles, preferably in mail-order or distribution settings.




Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of orders and multiple priorities efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, order verification, and data entry.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for pharmaceutical distribution is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using digital tools and operational software; basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement and service quality.
Relevant vocational training or degree in pharmacy, healthcare management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
