Role Description The Sr. Engineer – CPQ Support is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focused on supporting Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tools and processes for FTC Solar’s global commercial teams.



This role involves providing technical and functional support for CPQ configurations, resolving user issues, and ensuring accurate representation of products, pricing, and discounts within the system. The Sr. Engineer will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and IT to analyze requirements, implement changes, test updates, and maintain documentation related to CPQ workflows. Daily activities include troubleshooting CPQ-related problems, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing support tickets, and helping train end users on best practices. The position contributes directly to quote accuracy, cycle-time reduction, and overall sales efficiency in a agile renewable energy environment.
