Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth for Triloma Skin Clinic LLP. Day-to-day activities include engaging walk-in and inquiry clients, explaining clinic services and treatment plans, and coordinating with dermatologists to align recommendations with clinical guidance. The role involves following up on leads,



managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records of consultations and conversions. The Sales Executive will also support promotional campaigns, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management within healthcare, wellness, beauty, or a related service environment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatments clearly, address client concerns, and build trust in a clinic setting.
Experience in basic sales reporting, use of CRM or clinic management software, and maintaining accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and front-desk teams, manage multiple appointments, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
