We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented EdTech Sales Executive Team leader to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, recommending suitable courses or programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses, programs, or learning solutions.
Explain course details, benefits, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.




Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the academic, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, seminars, and other student engagement activities.
Stay updated about the company's courses, competitors, and trends in the education industry.

Candidate Requirements

1–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, education counselling, or EdTech.
Candidates with experience in B2C sales or education sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and communication platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
