Admin cum HR Executive – Chandigarh Operations
Location: Chandigarh/Zirakpur

Experience: 2–4 years
Reporting To: HR Head/Authorised Functional Head
Role Purpose
To manage HR administration, attendance, office operations, employee documentation, purchase coordination and project-related records for the Chandigarh/Zirakpur office.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily attendance, leave, weekly offs, permissions, missing punches and LOP through the company’s attendance systems.
Prepare accurate monthly attendance reconciliation and payroll inputs in the prescribed format.
Maintain employee records, joining documents, assessments, transfers, exits and F&F; documentation.
Assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer documentation and joining formalities.
Manage office administration, housekeeping coordination, stationery, utilities, expenses and meeting records.
Maintain office and employee asset registers, including allocation, invoices, specifications, warranties and returns.
Collect vendor KYC documents,



obtain quotations and prepare approved Purchase Orders.
Coordinate vendor invoices and supporting documents with Accounts.
Prepare approved sales offers and maintain customer-wise offer and revision records.
Compile and track lift handover, warranty, commissioning and Operations & Maintenance documentation.
Maintain MIS trackers and follow up on pending documents and action points across departments.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and attendance-management systems.
Strong documentation, reconciliation and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Projects, Service and vendors.
Experience in an engineering, projects, construction or elevator organisation will be preferred.
