Job Description
TechGuruLink is hiring for their fast - growing client, Oracle ERP R12 Finance Technical Consultants with OAF or hands - on experience in Java. The selected candidates will work on Oracle Finance modules, support development, customization, integration, and enhancement activities across global projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Oracle ERP R12 Finance applications.
Work extensively on Oracle Finance modules such as:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL objects.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support customization, integration, testing, and deployment activities.




Coordinate with business users and global project teams.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP R12.
Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Finance Modules (AP, AR, FA).
Expertise in:
Oracle Database
SQL & PL/SQL
Oracle Forms Development
Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Development.
Candidates without OAF experience must possess strong Java development skills.
Experience working on ERP implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
Oracle ERP R12 Finance experience is mandatory.
Oracle Forms development experience is mandatory.
Must be willing and eligible to travel to Abroad for project assignments.
Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.
