Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Startup Consultant to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate is self-driven, understands startup needs, and is passionate about connecting ambitious founders with the capital they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to early-stage startups and founders




Pitch VittSetu’s services (Business Plan, Pitch Deck, Investor Connect)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, lead tracking, and closure coordination
Commission Structure:
10% commission on total sales up to ₹1,00,000/month
15% commission on all sales above ₹1,00,000/month
Bonus: ₹5,000 incentive on every ₹2,00,000+ closed in a single month
Commissions are paid as and when payment is received from the client
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hustler mindset with a robust understanding of startup ecosystems
Prior experience in sales, BD, or startup fundraising (preferred)
Comfortable working independently and remotely
