Key Responsibilities

Explain lens options, features, and care instructions to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with optical products and services.
Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
Ensure the examination area and workspace are clean, organized, and hygienic.
Stay updated on the latest developments in optometry, eye care, and optical technology.
Adhere to professional, safety, and store operating standards.
