Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage SAP CRM Contract Management processes.
Work on customer contracts, service contracts, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
Required Skills
7+ years of SAP CRM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Contract Management.
Experience in implementation and enhancement projects.
Knowledge of CRM Service processes.
Experience with functional specifications and testing.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
