*About the Role*
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of Alright TV's long-form and microdrama slate.

The role will focus on building awareness, audience engagement and viewership for our content while strengthening Alright TV as a premium youth entertainment brand.

You will work across content launches, digital marketing, social media, influencers, PR, OTT partnerships and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for microdramas, web series and long-form content.
Develop launch strategies that drive buzz,



engagement and viewership.
Build and strengthen Alright TV's brand positioning among youth audiences.
Work with creative teams on trailers, teasers, posters, social content and other marketing assets.
Plan and execute social media and influencer-led campaigns.
Collaborate with OTT partners on co-branded marketing and content launch campaigns.
Develop marketing narratives tailored to different OTT platforms and audiences.
Manage sponsor and brand integration marketing around content launches.
Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, viewership and ROI.
Use campaign insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance.
Work closely with content, creative, sales, brand and OTT partners.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in digital content, OTT, entertainment or branded entertainment marketing.
Strong experience in launch marketing for shows, films, web series or digital content
