About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Business Development Executive to develop long-term relationships with leading IT, manufacturing, and industrial companies in and around Delhi NCR that regularly participate in trade exhibitions in India and abroad. The role also requires an on-ground presence at exhibitions to network, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term, repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with large IT, manufacturing, and industrial companies that regularly exhibit at trade fairs, both domestic and international.
• Sell exhibition backdrops, stall displays, and related branding solutions to corporate clients.




• Attend exhibitions and other trade fairs to represent the company, network with exhibitors, and generate fresh leads.
• Proactively capture new clients at ongoing exhibitions and follow up to convert them for the next edition/year's event.
• Maintain consistent, year-on-year engagement with existing clients to secure repeat business for every
exhibition cycle.
• Court and pursue large corporate accounts, positioning the company as a preferred vendor for their exhibition and stall requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to translate client requirements into deliverable backdrop/stall solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline; report on targets and forecasts.
• Travel as required — within Delhi NCR and surrounding industrial belts to source clients and attend
exhibitions.
