Role Overview
As a Team Lead – Sales at IndiaFilings.com, you will be responsible for driving a high-performance sales team focused on business incorporations, compliance, and advisory services. You will be accountable for team quota achievement, team training, process improvements, and performance tracking while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Delivery & Team Management
Carry a team quota and ensure achievement through effective team leadership.
Supervise and guide day-to-day operations in a call center-based sales setup.
Continuously assess and leverage the strengths of team members while addressing gaps through coaching.
Performance Coaching & Training
Train, mentor, and onboard recent sales associates, making them productive within 90 days.
Coach the team regularly on product knowledge, customer engagement,
objection handling, and closing strategies.
Conduct mock sessions and performance reviews to enhance communication and selling skills.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement sales programs and initiatives to target key customer segments.
Monitor customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches.
Drive conversion through lead tracking, pipeline reviews, and regular performance huddles.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Assist team members in high-value negotiations and client interactions.
Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and ensure service satisfaction.
Process & Data Management
Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Track key metrics such as TAT, missed calls, follow-up delays, and lead aging.
Share daily and weekly performance reports with management and proactively flag operational issues.
