Customer Support Associate
Location: Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site · 6 days/week, rotational (including weekends)

Type: Full-time, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm (9-hour rotational shift)

What you'll do

Customer Support
Answer pre-sales questions and help customers choose the right product.
Resolve post-sales queries related to orders, installations, troubleshooting, and product usage.
Multi-channel Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat.




Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time.
Deliver a professional, friendly, and consistent support experience.
CRM & Documentation
Record customer interactions and update the CRM accurately.
Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve products and processes.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
Share customer feedback that helps improve the overall customer experience.

What you'll need
1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence handling customer conversations over calls, email, and chat.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Nice to have
Experience using CRM or customer support software.
Experience supporting a D2C or e-commerce brand.
