About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Industrial Trainee to join our finance team. This is an excellent chance for CA students who have completed their intermediate level and are looking for hands-on industry experience as part of their training. The role will provide exposure to financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and corporate finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in financial analysis, budgeting,



and forecasting processes.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Work on reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and financial data validation.
Conduct research on financial trends, policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams for audits, process improvements, and reporting.
Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects assigned by the finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA Industrial Trainee (cleared Intermediate level).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or taxation is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP
