About The Role

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our international customer support team. The role involves assisting customers through email and live chat, understanding their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through email and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate responses.
Follow standard processes and escalation procedures.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Update customer interactions and case details in internal systems.
Work toward customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

Requirements

Any graduate / diploma qualification.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in UK/US shifts -Rotational Shift
