Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time,



on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving business growth for APJ3D’s engineering and digital solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, MSMEs, and manufacturing clients. The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand technical requirements, collaborate with engineering teams to propose solutions, and prepare commercial proposals and quotations. Daily activities include nurturing relationships with key accounts, tracking market trends and competitor activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting revenue and profitability targets. The role also includes coordinating with marketing for campaigns and events, providing sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
