We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Design, build, and manage end-to-end automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality.
Lead the design and development of robust, production-grade solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather, clarify,



and prioritise functional and technical requirements.
Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient, maintainable, and supportable technical solutions.
Define and embed technical standards, engineering best practices, and quality benchmarks across the team.
Mentor and upskill team members on architecture, coding standards, tooling, and modern engineering practices.
Drive issue triage and resolution to keep release schedules on track and agree practical fixes to defects.
Partner with DevOps and platform teams to improve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Demonstrate strong hands-on engineering capability, including Python 3.x development for real-world, production applications.
Show proven experience delivering work end-to-end across planning, estimation, execution, and release management.
