About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support our Canadian staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably supporting Canadian clients, and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to work with Canadian clients, handle diverse IT requirements, and grow into a senior recruitment or team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Canadian IT staffing requirements.
Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.




Work on a variety of IT positions including Software Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, Project Management, QA, and other technology roles.
Understand job descriptions and client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain solid candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and assist with offer management and candidate closures.
Ensure all candidate documentation and recruitment records are complete and accurate.
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment updates.
