- Flex Tubes
- CNG Cylinder & Kits
- Anti-roll bar

New Models :
- Ability to evaluate cost effective alternatives of Surface treatment processes.
- Knowledge of setting up a new surface treatment line. Awareness of good facility providers for equipment & chemicals.




- A good idea of costing of each surface treatment process.
- Knowledge of valuable sources for each surface treatment.

Post productionization:
- Deep knowledge of process flow of each surface treatment process & the parameters to be maintained in each stage.
- Aware of the most frequently occuring quality defects in each surface treatment process.
- Able to carryout Vendor audits & sub vendor audits as per check sheet, as per a schedule.

EFR/Warranty :
- Quick analysis of Field failures in Surface Treatment.
- Ability to identify the process errors & carrying audits at concerned vendors / subvendors.
- Quick restoration of the surface treatment processes.
