We are seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer to develop advanced automation solutions for manufacturing processes across GE Vernova’s operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong robotics and controls background with hands-on expertise in implementing automation solutions in manufacturing environments. This role will focus on designing and deploying robotic systems while leveraging principles of lean to optimize production lines and workflows.

- Lead the design, development,



and deployment of cutting-edge robotic and automation solutions for manufacturing lines, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement cutting-edge solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and program industrial robots, including their kinematics, motion planning, and application-specific tasks.
- Integrate robotic systems with supervisory control systems and other manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Apply machine vision technologies, including camera systems and image processing algorithms, for part recognition, inspection, and alignment.
- Travel to manufacturing sites as needed to collaborate with plant teams, understand operational processes, and evaluate implementation success.
