Job Description:
- Lead and manage overall finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory laws
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure solid financial controls
- Handle day-to-day finance operations and provide regular updates
- Report financial status and insights directly to the Managing Directors
