Post: Home Loan (HL) / Mortgage Loan (LAP) / Personal Loan (PL) / Business Loan (BL)
Salary: Up to ₹3.50 LPA
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Relevant experience in credit appraisal for HL, LAP, PL, or BL

Age Limit: Minimum 32 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Officer to manage credit appraisal processes for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in credit evaluation, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Appraisal:
- Evaluate loan applications for HL, LAP, PL, and BL products based on financial viability and creditworthiness.
- Perform detailed risk assessment and recommend credit decisions in line with company guidelines.

Risk Management:




- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan proposals.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory norms.

Documentation and Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements, income proofs, and customer history to validate loan requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and approvals.

Decision-Making:
- Use robust analytical and decision-making skills to process loan applications efficiently.
- Provide clear recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.

Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers to resolve credit-related queries.
- Ensure a seamless and customer-friendly experience throughout the loan process.
