Role Overview The Campaign Operations Associate will play a key role in managing the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with business objectives. Job Description Operations & Delivery Deliver campaigns on time, meeting productivity, SLA, and quality standards.



Update workflow tools and trackers daily to ensure transparent progress tracking. Proactively alert managers/SMEs to potential risks, delays, or quality concerns. Quality & Process Excellence Resolve customer-facing trouble tickets with 100% SLA adherence and quality compliance. Ensure all tasks follow SOP guidelines and escalate SOP errors to SMEs for correction. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing automation ideas and Kaizens (minimum 1 Kaizen or 4 JDIs per year). Engage in deep dives and provide root cause analysis inputs for process improvements. Adaptability & Collaboration Stay updated with new tools, features, and process changes.
