Open Modules:
- ITOM
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- HAM/SAM (Hardware Asset Management / Software Asset Management)
- Performance Analytics
- CSM + Now Assist

Experience:
- Overall 6+ years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization
- Expertise in one or more of the above ServiceNow modules
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting,



integrations, workflows/Flow Designer, and platform best practices
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
