Job Objective: Strategic steering of spend across the Ensto Group, within assigned indirect categories. The Indirect Sourcing Specialist will oversee and streamline the procurement of non-direct goods and services,
focusing on cost savings, vendor management, and compliance. Responsible for regional and Group suppliers: selection, negotiations, contracts and management to ensure the best ratio of quality/time/cost/risk Drive cross-unit / country synergies through multiple levers and robust category strategies and actions Responsibilities: Develop and implement category strategies for MRO, CAPEX (including production tools), facility management, utilities, travel, logistics, and service providers (including marketing) at India and Global Group levels. Conduct category and value-chain analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and optimal supplier configurations aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including spend analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and category execution.
