Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, and integrations. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and delivery.
- Design scalable and high-performance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Platform Events.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects,



and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with Salesforce standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.

Required Skills

- 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce Pages
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Salesforce Security Model

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
