Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in documenting business, functional, and technical requirements and maintaining traceability.
- Good understanding of Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning concepts, use cases, and business applications.
- Experience translating business requirements into analytics and AI/ML solution requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset, etc.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, architects, data engineers, and data science teams.
- Basic understanding of React, Java, APIs, system integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and SDLC processes.
- Coordinate UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
