Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA / Graduate in technology or equivalent
Experience
Minimum experience of 3-5 years
Experience in installation, configuration, upgradation of end user devices
Experience in OS installation, troubleshooting, patching and MS office and Email support
Update and maintain latest antivirus update
Provide hardware break-fix support & troubleshooting
Monitor SLAs of all open tickets
