Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field work, outside sales activities, and credit card sales.

- Develop solid relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan sales, banking sales, insurance sales, casa sales, and other financial products.

- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in field sales or related fields (banking sales, credit card sales).

- Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
