Experience Minimum 5 Years, Co-ordinator shall have a minimum of 5 years experience on BIM platform with large infrastructure projects and sufficient experience of BIM 360platform and software AEC collection i.e. Naviswork, Revit, GLUE.
Soft Skills – Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Glue, MS-office suite, AutoCad, etc

Scope :
1. The BIM Co-ordinator will be responsible for the implementation and management and hand-holding of BIM for the client. (In all respect) including the following -
a. Defining Overall BIM goals & objectives.
b. Mapping of BIM deliverables & BIM milestones.
c. Continuous training of the client to facilitate common understanding of BIM.
d. Defining Model content specification,
e. Defining specification for drawings/BOQ/Reports.
2. BIM expert must be well equipped for receiving 3D BIM drawings from Detailed Design Consultant (DDC) of the client, and manage, filter segregate the data and layers, and process it to the concerned the client department for their comments and approval, and vice versa. Responsible for all drawings & comments exchange between the client and DDC' or contractor. The Consultant shall also be responsible for the updating the drawings to the Project managers so that they can view only the updated drawings and the changes made in the old drawings, to eliminate rework at site.
3. The BIM expert should identify and streamline the BIM workflow to set in the entire process, so that the consultant can manage & distribute the drawings accordingly with proper tags.
Additionally the BIM expert shall be responsible for prescribing the workflow to the concerned department to speed up the work.

b. BIM based design Authoring Process.
c. BIM based design coordination Process.
d. Defining Nomenclature.
4. BIM models received from various design consultants of different discipline and collaborating the models and identifying the clashes. After detection, resolution and revivifying through proper the client channel, an automated process may be made so that coordinated working drawings may be issued to the site for execution.
1. Preparing BIM models to bridge the information gap between the client departments, DDC and Contractors
2. Parametric Design on BIM
3. Details of services like MEP & HVAC to minute levels-(not required if LOD 500 is considered). After publishing working drawings, and models, trade contractors will provide with fabrications drawings which shall be incorporated in the coordinated BIM model and perform basic clash detections.
4. How models (and 2D drawings) shall be developed and issued to the CDE in the identified native and deliverable formats
5. How the quality and Fidelity between models and 2D drawings, shall be maintained.
6. How the BIM expert intends working collaboratively with interfacing disciplines and contracts in order to eliminate coordination issues, interface and design clashes and construct-ability and construction sequencing issues
a. Bi-weekly updates to the Management through generations.
b. How all 3D Models (both models and drawings) shall comply with the master 3d file received from DDC.
c. The client - Engineering Assurance File Naming Convention developed with consultation with DDC.
