Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior
Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The
role involves handling global customer interactions, primarily focused on
billing-related queries, ensuring accurate resolution and high customer
satisfaction in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
inbound international voice calls related to billing and account queries
- Resolve
billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns
- Provide
accurate, prompt, and professional customer support
- Maintain
high standards of communication, empathy, and problem-solving
- Work
effectively in rotational shifts across global time zones
- Ensure
compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements




- Minimum 6 months+ experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Freshers
are not eligible
- Qualification:
UG / Graduate / PG (any discipline)
- Excellent
English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong
interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Must
be based in Gurgaon
- Immediate
joiners or candidates with max 7 days’ notice period preferred
