Reporting To: Executive / Sr. Executive / AM – Mechanical

? Qualification & Experience

-
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical (SSC/HSC mandatory)

-
3–5 years experience in Chemical / Urea / Fertilizer / Paper / Continuous Process Plant

-
Exposure to heavy rotating equipment & mechanical hardware

? Key Technical Skills

-
Maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, fans, valves, piping & rotary equipment

-
Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance

-
Mechanical seal, alignment, vibration monitoring, lubrication & oil analysis

-
Reading P&ID;, GA drawings, equipment layouts, manuals

-
SAP PM (MM knowledge preferred), MS Excel & Word

-
Exposure to NDT, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, RCM,



Mechanical Integrity

-
Experience during statutory inspections (boilers, tanks, reactors, SRVs)

? Safety & Compliance

-
PTW / SWP system, JSA & Risk Assessment

-
Basic knowledge of PSM & Mechanical Integrity

-
Robust EHS mindset, housekeeping & 5S practices

-
Ability to work in confined spaces & extended field hours

? Additional Capabilities

Contractor handling during maintenance & commissioning

Basic understanding of DCS / PLC / panel wiring for troubleshooting

Spare parts management & documentation
