Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily dispatches of finished goods from plants and tollers.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics, and Customer Service teams for material availability and delivery schedules.
- Create and manage Dispatch Orders (DOs) in SAP.
- Monitor finished goods testing and quality clearance before dispatch.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and transportation activities.
- Manage export dispatch documentation through transporters and CHAs.
- Ensure continuous movement of finished goods to optimize plant storage space.
- Maintain sufficient stock availability at warehouses to meet customer demand.
