Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
3. Assist in onboarding and candidate documentation.
4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
1. Recent MBA graduate (HR preferred).
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Eager to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
