Job Purpose:

Become the Learning Partner for business teams to conceptualize, understand, articulate, influence, design and deliver learning interventions specific to the business strategy and goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ability to understand business priorities and create design and deliver L&D; solutions arising from TNA exercises and business strategy.
Influence and work with stakeholders to prioritize learning at the BU level Ability to understand current trends in Learning and apply the same to Learning Outcomes.
Ability to design and develop and facilitate trainings •Ability to understand new technologies within the banking industry.
Work with stakeholders to influence and prioritize the learning culture, lead a team of Learning RM's to execute and derive maximum ROI for the programs.
Ability to identify external training programs and conferences & have understanding of Learning Systems and Application.
