Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Fleet & Last-Mile Management: Direct nationwide/regional operational strategies focusing on last-mile logistics across high-growth verticals (e.g., Q-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, pharmacy).
- Scale & Expansion Execution: Spearhead rapid network expansions, franchise rollouts, and launch operations into new cities or international markets using structured operational playbooks.
- P&L; & Efficiency Optimization: Hold full accountability for country/regional operational P&L.; Drive initiatives to optimize fleet cross-utilization, manage margins (CM1), and reduce operational and delivery turnaround times.
- Process Automation & Innovation: Lead tech-driven improvements, app/route optimizations, and the integration of Conversational AI or automation tools to streamline tasks and decrease overhead costs.
- Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage large multi-department operations, logistics, business intelligence,



and ground-execution teams. Build decentralized, effective onboarding systems for gig or partner fleets.
- Vendor & Client Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with high-profile enterprise clients, brands, and key suppliers to guarantee strict SLA alignment.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of robust operations and logistics management experience, preferably in high-growth start-ups, hyper-local logistics, or major e-commerce environments.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading national or regional operations (South Asia/multi-country exposure is a massive plus) with a history of stepping up from manager-level to director-level execution.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, including market benchmarking, pricing strategy, and KPI tracking.
