Position Overview:
- We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote company products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation in any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (industrial or B2B sales preferred).
- Gender: Male candidate preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to travel for client visits as required.
