Job Description:

? Key Responsibilities

-
Provide L3 (Level 3) support for SAP FICO incidents and problem management.

-
Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.

-
Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).

-
Handle change requests (CRs), enhancements, and minor implementations.

-
Support S/4HANA Finance processes including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis.

-
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

-
Ensure robust FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, and Treasury.

-
Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.

-
Support data migration, master data governance, and cutover activities.

Work closely with L1/L2 teams and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer.

Prepare functional documentation and SOPs.

-
Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

-
Strong hands-on expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PC, CO-PA).

-
Experience in L3 production support and implementations.

-
Exposure to S/4HANA migration and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

-
Good understanding of business finance processes and integrations.

-
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
